Description
The ganoderma lucidium contains more than 100 different types of highly oxygenated lanostanoid triterpenes with a prevalence of ganodermic A-Z acids and lucidenic A-M acids. Ganoderma lucidium is rich in other ingredients such as bioactive polysaccharides B-1-3, B-1-6 homo D-glucan, and amino acids such as serine, alanine, glycine and ergoster.
Mode of use
the recommended dose is between 3 and 6 tablets per day. Alternatively, for the 250 g powdered biomass package, the recommended use and 2 scoops per day (every scoop contains 2g). Tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole using preferably warm water. Alternatively, the biomass powder can be mixed with meals.
