Viadol
NATURALFood supplement assisting in all painful pathologies of the osteoarticular system and tendine muscle.
Devil's claw
Secondary roots are used for their anti-inflammatory analgesic and spasmodic activity due to the presence of iridoid glucosides such as procumbide, arpagoside, as well as flavones and phytosterols. The mechanism of action involves the system of prostaglandins and leucotrenes. However, it is of little gastric tolerability if taken in large quantities.
Glucosmine sulphate
It is the nutritional treatment for osteoarthritis. In fact, glucosamine is an essential ingredient for cartilage and helps to regress osteoarticular degeneration.
Condroitin sulphate
It is a complex sugar molecule such as glycoaminoglycans and is the other constituent of cartilage. The synergy of action of sulphate glucosmine and sulphate chondroitin is proven by various therapeutic studies that demonstrate that the use of the two components in association make the action increase and decrease the amount of administration compared to a single administration of one of the two components. Condroitin sulphate as well as regenerating cartilage, also carries out an anti-inflammatory action and has shown in the various studies carried out on its effectiveness also a discreet action against gout contributing to the reduction of the production of uric acid. It is very effective in hip and knee osteoarthritis.
Salice
The bark of the plant is used, which contains tannins, amari alkaloids and phenolic glucosides such as salicin that after hydrolysis in the body is transformed into salicylic acid, from anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic action, with little side effects to the digestive system.
Boswellia
The resin of the plant is rich in triterpene soaps that release boswellic acids to which a high anti-inflammatory activity was recognized especially for rheumatoid arthritis. It has been shown that boswellic acids inhibit the activity of 5-lipossigenase, i.e. the enzyme responsible for the synthesis of leucotrines, important chemical mediators in the articular phagosis, and do not have ulcerative effects.
Ash
The leaves and the bark are rich in tannins, polyphenols, cumarines, glucosidiiridoids as well as frassinite, fratina, etc. Its action is mainly explanatory as anti-reumatic, but also as diuretic.
