Description

Indicated for eradication and/or dissolution of the cerum cap in the external auditory conduit. Depending on the time of laying, Biogreen Oto Spray is able to dissolve or soften the cerum cap by facilitating the extraction by the specialist doctor.
Biogreen Oto Spray is suitable for outpatient use by the general doctor or specialist for removal of cerume cap. Thanks to its easy application method, Biogreen Oto Spray can be used independently by the patient for the dissolution of the cerume cap or as a preparatory treatment for the removal of the cap by the doctor.
Biogreen Oto Spray is useful, in addition to dissolution and/or removal, also as a preventive treatment to the formation of cerums cap in patients prepared or with excessive production of cerums, for wearers of ear implants or for those who practice water sports.
We recommend the use of the product:
if you are in the presence of a cap of cerumes;
if you want to maintain a correct physio-functionality of the External User Conduct;
for prevention in subjects practicing water sports;
for prevention in subjects with predisposition for excessive production of cerumes;
for prosthetic wearers.
Mode of use
Put the head, with an inclination of about 35/40°, towards the opposite side of the ear to be treated. If the patient is at his home, use a pillow and/or the armrest of the sofa, rest the head taking care to place the ear pad to be treated parallel to the support. Shake the Biogreen Oto Spray dispenser bottle. Remove the repeal. Practice from 2 to 3 compressions on the pump to allow filling. Place the dispenser spout near the external ear canal. 8/10 sprays (1 ml approximately) in the ear, wait about 5/10 seconds and exercise to follow a slight traction down the ear lobe affected, alternating with a medium compression on the beam.
This operation is recommended to allow the solution of the Biogreen Oto Spray to reach all parts of the auditory duct.
Repeat, immediately to follow, the delivery of another 8/10 sprays, without eliminating the previously introduced solution. It is recommended to massage the trago, even if not continuously, while waiting for the dissolution process. Finally proceed to careful washing after the wait of 45 minutes, using a pump of ductile material, with warm water, predisposing the inclination of the head and the ear for the release of the dissolved cerum.
It is advisable to repeat the treatment with only 8/10 sprays of Biogreen Oto Spray in the 2/3 days to follow, leaving the product to act for only 10 minutes and then proceed with washing. This operation, not indispensable, is recommended for a safer and more accurate cleaning and sanitation of the treated duct. Disinfect, clean and close the dispenser bucket carefully with its case after use.
Biogreen Oto Spray can be used by the specialist physician as a preparatory treatment for the extraction of cerums cap. Huge 8/10 splashes of Biogreen Oto Spray in the external ear canal and leave to act about 15 minutes. Proceed to remove the cap by suction.
For a valid prevention it is sufficient to provide 4 sprays per ear (morning and evening) for three/four consecutive days, repeating the application in the months to follow according to medical advice.
In case of hearing aids: remove hearing aids; provide the Biogreen Oto Spray in the auditory duct; once completely dry the external ear canal, reapply the prosthesis.
The product can be used until the expiry if the cleaning and storage modes have been perfectly executed.
It is recommended to intiepidire the solution of Biogreen Oto Spray in order to avoid, in particularly sensitive subjects, sensory discomfort.

In patients with “pre-existing timpanic injury”, before using Biogreen Oto Spray consult and comply with the advice of the specialist doctor. In cases where the cerume cap was definitely encapsulated by exfoliate epidermis lamella, the solution of Biogreen Oto Spray, not performing keratolytic activities, is not able to act on the cerume but only favor its escaping by acting on the connections of the walls.
