Rigataki
Description
Food with the fundamental characteristic of being composed essentially only by fibers. As a result it has very few calories and no carbohydrate. It is therefore ideal for all diets and in particular low carbohydrates. The product contains gluten.
Ingredients
For rehydrated product: water, vegetable fiber, Konjac flour (9.4%), soy flour (tracks), food salt.

Mode of use
Prepare a pot of boiling water. Put a lot more water than it is used for normal pasta. Dip the desired amount of Rigataki and boil for at least 13 minutes. This paste never shakes and always remains of the same consistency. Drain in a bowl and rinse well under the tap with hot water. It is important to rinse well to remove the small amount of sugar used.

Pack of 60 g buckets corresponding to 200 g rehydrated.
The exposed weight is that after rehydration. The dry weight is indicated by the "barred drop" symbol.
