Description
Food supplement based on konjac fiber and fucus algae.
Glucomannan is a vegetable fiber obtained from konjac tubers.
It absorbs liquids and in contact with water in the stomach forms a soft gel that wraps food.
In the context of a hypocaloric diet contributes to weight loss.
Iodine, contained in fucus, also supports normal energy metabolism and regular thyroid function.
Ingredients
Glucomannano tubero powder (amnorphophallus konjac), gelatin, fucus heel dry extract (fucus vesiculosus l., contains maltodextrin and silica), titrated to 0.11% in iodine; antiagglomerant: magnesium stearate vegetable.
Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 6 capsules per day.
The beneficial effect is achieved by daily intake of 3 g glucomannan in 3 doses from 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a hypocaloric diet.
In order to reach the stomach, the substance must always be taken with abundant water.
Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet.
It must be used as part of a proper hypocaloric diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.
If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, greater than three weeks, it is recommended to follow the advice of the doctor.
Possible danger of suffocation for people with difficulty swallowing or in case of ingestion without adequate intake of liquids.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, at a temperature below 30°C.
Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and keep away from moisture.
