Ingredients

Ziziphus spiny seed	952 mg
Anemarrhena asphodeloides rizoma	285 mg
Ligusticum chuanxiong rhizome	285 mg
Poria cocos sclerozio	285 mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis root and rhizome	144 mg
Other ingredients: maltodextrin; stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose); antiagglomerating (magnesium stearate vegetable).

Mode of use
1-2 tablets for 2-3 times a day, preferably fasting.

Warnings
Do not take pregnant or during breastfeeding.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
