Mode of use
Dissolving in water or other liquid, 1 dose corresponds to 3 grams of powder per day.
The Italian Ministry of Health allows athletes to take 6 grams per day.

Warnings
In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) the doctor's advice is required.
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, pregnancy and under 12 years.
It is recommended not to exceed the doses indicated.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
