The convex plaque Nature is a plaque with convexity, created specifically to manage introflesses. It consists of a central trilaminal adhesive disc composed of: a top and bottom layer in Durahesive Technology and an intermediate layer in polyethylene films, surrounded by a non-woven adhesive support. The support ring is surrounded by a flexible microporous adhesive plaster entirely covered with a thin layer of hydrocolloid in contact with the skin. On the adhesive is fixed a circular flange equipped with a bellows mechanism and an ink rail. This structure allows a completely atraumatic and safe connection and an airtight closure. This ensures that the bag does not accidentally detach from the plaque while ensuring the seal against any odours or effluent infiltration.

External size 11,2 X 11,2 cm; flange 45 mm; cut-out hole 13-22 mm.
External size 11,2 X 11,2 cm; flange 57 mm; cut-out hole 13-35 mm.
External size 13,4 X 13,4 cm; flange 70 mm; cut-out hole 13-48 mm.
Attic structure composed of:
pink plastic flange
Ceiling in a plastic film (EVA Etilen - Vinil - Acetato) transparent extendable ( accordion mechanism) up to 1 cm.
Each plate is individually packaged in shaped blisters.
(°) Total cutaneous barrier composed of hydrocolloid substances, inerts and not irritating: gelatin, pectin, carbossimetilcellulose sodium, polyisobusene.
The adhesive in Durahesive when it comes into contact with the effluents inflates, absorbing moisture and forms a characteristic collar ("taruga neck effect") around the stoma, protecting it from contact with the effluents and prolonging the time of stay in situ of the device.
The special convex insert creates a mechanical action that allows the extroflation of the stoma and facilitates the effluent emissions directly into the sack. The peristomal skin is thus protected by contact with the deities and by risky skin irritations.
The bellows structure, which allows the comfortable insertion of the fingers to hook plate and bag, is completely atraumatic. This advantage facilitates the positioning for the health care provider during hospital care, care giver or patient once at home.
The thin hydrocolloidal microporous patch makes the barrier flexible and especially suitable for abdominal profiles that have folds or skin imperfections, ensuring maximum comfort and freedom of movement. Finally, the presence of hydrocolloid powders guarantee adherence to the humid environment, therefore, the barrier, maintains its adherence to the skin even during the bath or shower.
