it is used only after trying others. 50-90 drops before bed: in case of night awakening, another 50 drops.
Mother tinctures generally dissolve in little ungased water and the liquid must be kept under the tongue for about 1 minute to promote its absorption. Water can also be intiepidita; in this way the preparation will be better activated which will be absorbed more easily.
