30-40 drops, 2-3 times a day.
In the treatment of dysmenorrhea, administer the T.M. in the 7 days before the menstruation.
Mother tinctures generally dissolve in little ungased water and the liquid must be kept under the tongue for about 1 minute to promote its absorption. Water can also be intiepidita; in this way the preparation will be better activated which will be absorbed more easily.
