Description
Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin D3, phosphatidylserine, homotaurine and vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, niacin and folic acid), useful in case of increased requirements of these substances. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus and, like folate, plays a role in the process of cell division. B2, B6 and B12 vitamins, and Niacin, contribute to normal energy metabolism, as well as to reducing fatigue and fatigue. In addition, vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance.

Mode of use
Take 1 sachet per day, preferably on an empty stomach (at least an hour before or 3 hours after the meal). Disperse the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (200 ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. For use of the product it is recommended to feel the opinion of the doctor. In rare cases lipoic acid can give hypoglycemia.
