Mode of use
Granular: from 1 to 2 envelopes per day, preferably at meals, drinking abundantly.
Tablets: 4 tablets from 2 to 3 times a day, preferably at meals, drinking abundantly.
In diets aimed at obtaining body weight reduction take the product 30 minutes before meals, drinking abundantly.

Warnings
Fiber integration is not indicated in early childhood.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
