GEL RECTIVE

Description
Medical device with mainly protective action of the rectal mucosa. It is indicated in the atypical proctitis by radiotherapeutic treatment of the pelvic district and in the proctiti in course of chemotherapy or combined treatments (radio and chemotherapy).
Fluid gel in the form of monodose tubes based on hyaluronic acid, the main component of connective tissue, and amino acids intended to promote collagen formation, which can be used as an adjuvant in the process of repairing rectal mucosa and anal channel, and in painful syntomatology from neurological damage in proctitis from radiotherapeutic treatment and/or cancer chemotherapeutic.
Create a protective layer on the erythematose or ulcerated mucosa characterized by urent pain of various intensity, decreases algic symptomology with a rapid reduction of burning and pain. Acid and amino acids also promote a regenerative stimulus of collagen and epithelial tissue and, consequently, mucous membranes.
It can be easily applied in the appropriate dosage for rectal mucousitis and for the maintenance of mucosa trophism in order to avoid relapses and prevent its occurrence.

Mode of use
It is advisable to use a tube once or more times a day in relation to the extent of symptomatology or according to medical advice.
Before applying the product, clean the area. Remove the cap located at the end of the applicator, gently introduce the applicator and press the tube to dispense the gel. If necessary, before introducing the applicator, take a small portion of gel and lubricate the applicator in order to favor its entry by reducing the possible dolorability of the area. Then introduce the applicator and put strength on the tube by sprinkling the entire gel content evenly, the tube is monodose.

Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lisina HCl, methylparahydroxybenzoate, propileparahydroxybenzoate, propylene glycol.

Warnings
- It is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity ascertained towards the components.
- No known overdose phenomena.
- No known side effects.
- No known interactions with drugs and medicines.
- Although there are no known secondary effects in case of pregnancy and lactation it is appropriate to apply only according to the doctor's judgment.
- Do not use after the expiry date.
- Don't sterilize.
- Disposable product, not store for separate applications.
- Do not use if the package is open or damaged.
- In case of reactions, local signs of infection (edema, erythema, secretion, heat, pain) suspend treatment and consult your doctor.
- Keep out of the reach of children.

Conservation
Store at a temperature between 8 °C and 30 °C. Do not store in the refrigerator.
Store in a cool and dry place, sheltered from moisture and heat sources.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
