Hot/cold gel cushions
Description
Hot/cold gel cushions.
Cold: suitable for soothing mild muscle or rheumatic pains, sprains and prevent swellings and hematomas.
Warm: suitable for affections of the motor apparatus (reumatisms), arthrosis (cervicali), lombaggini.
Soft also frozen, to better adapt to the joint areas.
Convenient and reusable.
With practical envelope and seat belt.
Mode of use
- Cold therapy: put in the freezer for at least 1.30/2 hours. Extract, insert the envelope into a cloth and apply on the affected part.
- Warm therapy: In a pot of suitable size heat water until boiling; turn off the fire and immerse the bearing for 5 minutes. Extract cautiously with a pliers or another suitable tool, towel with a cloth, insert in the appropriate envelope that is in the package and wrap the bearing in a towel before applying it on the part to be treated, to avoid the burns. Or insert the bearing in the microwave oven for no more than 1 minute to 700/800 Watt. Extract and wrap the bearing in a towel or in the appropriate envelope before applying it on the part to be treated to avoid burns.
