Description
Food supplement based on magnesium and potassium, with zinc, creatine, carnitine and taurine, vitamins B12, C, B6, B1, folic acid, and plant extracts, indicated in case of poor supply with diet or increased requirements of such nutrients. Magnesium contributes to electrolytic balance and, with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function. Ginseng and Pfaffia carry out an antioxidant action and, with aluterococcus, tonic-adattogena. Cordyceps is able to perform tonic action and metabolic support. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and normal acid-base metabolism. Vitamin B12, B6, C, folic acid, iron and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduction of fatigue and fatigue.

Mode of use
We recommend taking 1 to 2 sachets per day. Pour the contents of a sachet into a glass of water (180 mL), mixing very well and consuming immediately after preparation.
