Description
Medical device for vaginal administration.
Coadjuvant treatment in the flogistic, atrophic and distrophic affections of the vaginal mucosa, such as cervicytes and ectropion. For its humectable action, INFECTVAGIN is indicated following physical treatment (DTC, Lasertherapy, Cryotherapy) or in cases of vaginal dryness in postmenopausal, even in the presence of blood stillicide.
INFECTVAGIN®, thanks to the gelatin content (hydrolyzed paste) and extract of Equisetum arvense, creates the conditions to favor the processes of healing and reepitelization, while PHMB and lactic acid allow the restoration of the vaginal physiological pH thus counteracting the proliferation of pathogenic germs.
Mode of use
Put an egg in the evening. Take an ovum from the blister, separate the two flaps of the package, extract the ovum and insert it deeply into the vagina.
Components
An ovum contains: hydrolyzed xollagen, Equisetum arvense glycolic extract, polyexaminetilenbiguanide (PHMB), lactic acid, glycerin, purified water.
Warnings
All the operations described must be carried out gently avoiding compressing the egg. The product that had an excessive softness, resulting in a heat source exposure, does not lose its characteristics; however, it is recommended to store the egg in the refrigerator for the time necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
The product must be administered exclusively by vaginal means. In clinical tests, the product has shown that it is not sensitive. In case of unwanted reactions stop the administration of the product and consult your doctor.
Polyexaminetilenbiguanide (PHMB) is considered a rare contact allergen, with an awareness rate of 0.5% in an unselected population. Stop administration immediately if you notice reactions from contact allergic dermatitis and consult your doctor.
Keep away from the reach of children.
Individual hypersensitivity ascertained towards the product components. Use in pregnancy or for long periods must be carried out under medical supervision. Do not use the product if it is known to be hypersensitivity towards polyexaminetilenbiguanide or similar substances.
Conservation
Store the product away from heat sources, at a temperature below 25 °C. After use do not disperse the container in the environment.
Do not use the product after the expiry date.
