Description
Sterile solution for ophthalmic use with a physiological pH, containing hyaluronate sodium and distillate waters of ginkgo biloba, blueberry, fennel and Asian centella and distributed in practical monodose containers of 0.5 ml, without preservatives. Hyaluronate sodium gives the medical device mucomimetic and visco-elastic properties in order to ensure proper lubrication of the eye surface, protecting it from friction generated by the eye movements. In addition, polymer can retain water: for this reason the solution is able to keep the eye surface humidified and increase the stability of the lacrimal film, protecting the eye mucosa from external agents. Biloba ginkgo improves visibility at high distances, relieves tiredness and redness of eyes and eye mucosa. This plant, together with the Asian centella, is used as particularly useful in assisting irritation reduction processes. The blueberry in the context of the formulation is used for its refreshing properties: gives relief to tired eyes and acts as an eye protection against atmospheric agents and environmental factors. The fennel is used in eye disorders to soothe the burning sensation and, together with the blueberry, are used for their repairing action. The solution contains boric acid and sodium tetraborate decahydrate, as buffer system, and chloride sodium sodium so as to ensure a physiological solution. Therefore, Euphralia OCCHI SECCHI carries out a moisturizing and lubricating action for the eye area and give a temporary relief to the burning, irritation and inconvenience related to the eye dryness. Euphralia OCCHI SECCHI can be used with contact lenses, without removing them. The device can be used by children following medical consultation.
It protects and repairs the eye mucosa and is indicated to refresh, soothe and lubricate the irritated mucosa or in case there are dry eye disorders. The most common causes that determine eye dryness and irritation can be:
- use of contact lenses for many consecutive hours;
- environmental reasons (air conditioning, excessive exposure to solar radiation, wind, smoke, pollution);
- dry eye caused by excessive hours of study, too many hours of work per pc, from dry eye syndrome;
- stress resulting in eye surgery.

Components

It contains no preservatives.

Store at a temperature below 25°C.
