penetrates inside the necrotic tissue, in the accumulations of dry fibrine and in the escare and rehydrate tissues allowing the removal of the tissue atraumatically. At the same time, it penetrates deep, humidifies and protects the bed of the wound. It absorbs the exudate avoiding the maceration of the wound and creates the optimal humid microenvironment.
Features:
sterile primary treatment based on hydrophilic polymers with high water content, for the treatment of necrotic or fibrinose tissues, both superficial and deep.
It has a base of amorphous hydrogel (propylene glycogel+gel aqueous) with addition of sodium alginate.
To remove it is sufficient to irrigate the wound with sterile saline solution.
