Description
Citrogen is a food supplement based on creatine, amino acids and mineral salts.
Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate (Creapure), L-arginine aspartato, creatine citrate (Creapure citrate), taurine, L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality), citrate potassium, beta-alanine, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator: hydrogencarbonates of sodium and potassium; acidifier: citric acid; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; aroma, sweeteners: sucralose and acesulphame K.
Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 envelope, 2 times a day, preferably in the first part of the day, away from meals. Dissolve the content in a glass of water, wait for the complete dissolution of the product and drink immediately. The ideal recruitment period ranges from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 30 days. Senior subjects can also benefit by taking only one envelope per day.
