Ingredients
Powder of: amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus, haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fructus, vibhitaki (Terminalia bellarica Roxb.) fructus, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fructus, pink (Rosa centifolia L.) flos. Excipients: arabic rubber.

Mode of use
1-2 tablets with warm water preferably before sleeping in the evening.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. We do not recommend the use of the pregnant product, during breastfeeding and under 12 years. Do not take for extended periods without consulting your doctor periodically.
