Ingredients
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valina; charger: cellulose; beta-alanine (Carnosyn Beta-alanine); stabilizers: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, carbossimetilcellulose sodium reticulate; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

Mode of use
5 tablets daily to swallow with plenty of water.
