How to use
1. Remove protections within the support if you want. Hundred the lacing at the center of the spine.
2. Wrap the bands around the waist and fix the hook in a comfortable but comfortable position.
3. Pull the straps from both sides with a movement towards the outside until the tutor reaches a desired level of support.
4. Bring the traction straps forward and fix them. Adjust the support according to your needs.
Washing instructions:
Fix the straps before washing.
