SenSura Mio Convex Flip

This is an adhesive plaque, with a mechanical coupling system for SenSura Mio bags for ileostomia, colostemia and urostemia indicated in the collection of deiezioni that emerge from the stoma.
They have 4 sunshades for attaching a special BRAVA belt.
The adhesive, designed thanks to BodyFit Technology, is elastic, newly designed and formed by two layers; has five-petal star shape and its elastic structure ensures adhesiveness, safety and skin protection:
- in the upper layer the special hydrocolloid ingloba reticle structure of small dimensions: in contact with the deiations is transformed into a thick and compact gel, with high resistance to erosion.
This creates a protective seal that reduces infiltration along with the maintenance of the correct gradient of skin moisture, favoring tissue repair.
- in the lower layer the large hydrocolloid ingloba reticle structure that guarantee an excellent absorption capacity and the creation of the humid environment that favors tissue repair. The softer polymer mesh allows this layer to adapt perfectly to the irregularities of the skin while offering high instant adhesiveness and consequent safety in use.
This layer is innovative and has a composition designed to guarantee elasticity, because the adhesive best follows the movements and shapes of the body;
- in the closest part to the stoma the adhesive is equipped with a ring that gives stability and support to the stoma;
- the adhesive has a simple cut guide: cutting circles are soft, there are different cutting dimensions with strong contrasts for users with poor visual capacity, circles do not intersect.
The product has a tab for removing the coloured adhesive in turquoise to make it more visible, and with easy thumb-shaped handle.
Warnings
Medical treatment under Directive 93/42/EEC -class I- not sterile.
No contraindications.
Valid 3 years from the date of production.
The product does not contain ecotoxic components therefore it does not need special disposal protocols.
Do not disperse in the environment as it is not biodegradable.
Conservation
We recommend the preservation in the original package protected from light and moisture, at a constant temperature between 15° and 30°.
