Description
Oil obtained to squeeze Sesamo seeds [Sesamum indicum L. (Fam. Pedaliaceae)], very rich in unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols and lecitines. Limpid, of light yellow colour, despite the high insaturation is relatively stable to atmospheric agents.
