Dermosile 50

Cheratoreregular cream based on urea 50%, specific to counter the excessive skin thickening without perfume and without addition of preservatives. Indicated for the treatment of restricted areas (hands, feet, nails, elbows), it facilitates the mechanical removal of callosities and hypercheratosis. It's a cream rich in a-hydroxy acids with strong cheratoreregulatory activity.
