Mode of use
Particularly suitable for preparing delicate broths for pastries, risottos, soups or as a taster for dishes.
For broth: dissolve about 10 g (1 tablespoon of kitchen approx) in 1/2 liter of boiling water.
For dressing: to taste sprinkle directly on roasts, vegetables and dishes.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from steam sources.
