Useful as an energy source before a performance. After performance they help to recover by rebuilding glycogen stocks (which after an intense effort they also lower by 95%).

Mode of use
Take 50 to 80 g depending on body weight and physical commitment, dissolved in water; 20-30 minutes before and during the performance.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
