Mode of use
Take up to 2 drops 3 times a day (equivalent to 0.19 ml) on a neutraPuressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1⁄4 of sugar). Do not use pure without support, or mix with water. 1 ml=31 drops.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children under the age of 7, in pregnant women (especially during the first 3 months) or nursing, in persons with prior convulsive or epilepsy disorders and in persons allergic to essential oils. For people who are under medical treatment and for children, contact a health specialist. It should not be understood as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
