MODE OF USE AND DAYER
Dissolve 1 dose (10 g = 2 scoops) in at least 250 ml of water. The product can be taken during intense activities (intra workout), loose in bottle, also associated with other supplements. The product is also suitable for post training. The maximum allowed dosage is 5g BCAA/day, equal to 2 scoops.
