The heat is generated by an esoteric reaction produced by the oxidation of iron powder with the help of activated carbon and salt water. It is a patch of soft material that contains natural ingredients that in contact with air oxygen develop heat. Prolonged heat, at constant temperature, increases blood circulation in tissues, producing painkilling effects and relaxing muscles.
