Maltodextrin, L-leucine, aroma, L-lisina hydrochloride; acidifier: citric acid; L-isoleucine, L-valina, L-methionine, L-arginine aspartato, L-fenilalanine, L-treonina, L-istidine hydrochloride, L-cistina, L-acetil-N-tirosina, L-triptophan; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; beet juice powder (as coloring); sweetener: sucralose; thickener: xanthan gum; curcuma powder, vitamin B6 (piridossina hydrochloride).

Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
Take on average 5 tablets or 1 envelope per day, possibly along with a fruit or juice, simple sugars, at any time of the day, better if away from meals. For the most demanding athletes it is possible to double the dose, to be divided into two administrations.

Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet but should be used in a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
