How to use
Take up to a pack of candies per hour of activity, taking into account the other carbohydrates sources provided in your nutritional strategy. One serving (6 candies) brings 30 g carbohydrates in glucose ratio: fructose of 2:1 (●post-hydrolysis of carbohydrates) and constitutes a source of vitamin B1 that contributes to the maintenance of normal energy-metabolism.
