All items are manufactured using AISI 1050 carbon steel or AISI 420 stainless steel. The use of these steels allows a long life in the use of the scissors.
The blades are tempered with heat treatment with chemical salts, with a minimum hardness of 52-56 HRC that guarantees a great tensile strength and flexibility of the blade.
Articles made with carbon steel are subject to the treatment of nickel, with a minimum thickness of 10 microns.
The grinding of each single piece is carried out with high precision machinery, and then assembled by means of turned screw that allows the adjustment and possible disassembly for the sharpening.
Every single product undergoes several cleaning and grinding operations that allow an excellent finish. They are made for specific uses, and processed with precision and care by master craftsmen for a professional result.
