Ingredients
Magnesium hydroxide; microcrystalline cellulose; bicalcium phosphate; psillio (plantago psyllium) semi powder; manna (fraxinus ornus) plant powder; agar agar (gelidium amansii) plant powder; antiagglomerants: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate vegetable.

Mode of use
From 1 or 2 tablets per night before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
