How to use
Slide the support on the elbow. Place the bearings so that they place on the top and bottom (radial and ulnar side) of the forearm, just below the elbow. Wrap the elastic around the forearm. String until you feel the stand, but comfortable.

Care and washing instructions
Hand wash with neutral soap in hot water (not hot). Rinse well and dry in the air. NOT: wash in the washing machine, dry, dry, dry, or use bleach or softener.
