Description
It intervenes in the process of calcification of bones, as silicon plays a leading role in facilitating calcium deposit. The plant also has a diuretic action, thanks to the flavonoids (isoquercetin, kaemferol) contained in it, which have a good diuretic action that is coadjurated by mineral ions. The plant also has a haemostatic action that is given by the ability of the plant to activate the phybrino-plastic coagulation system. The astringent effect of dyeing on the genito-urinary apparatus proves to be effective in case of bleeding from cystitis, urethritis and prostatitis.
