Features:
anti-russation mandibular feed device, consisting of two twin bites (Twin Bite), anatomical and self-tapping, one for the upper arch and one for the lower one.
After having realized the necessary customization, the two bites are connected by a special hooking device that allows the closure of the mouth and the advancement of the jaw, keeping free the side movements of the same.
During the night, muscle relaxation and mouth opening are conditions that promote snoring. DR.RUSS is able to close the mouth and carry forward the jaw to counter such effects.
Being an intraoral device similar to an orthodontic device that brings children, it needs the necessary period of “adaptation” to integrate. Therefore, before using it during the night, it is advisable to wear it a few hours during the day, maybe while you are focused on watching television, to normalize salivation.

Warnings:
in case of respiratory difficulties or other breathing disorders, stop the use and consult your doctor.
In the morning, an alteration of dental occlusion could be felt. This feeling should disappear within about an hour. If this persists for more than three hours, stop using and consult your doctor.
Often snoring is associated with night apnee. This condition is characterized by arrests of breathing during sleep; if the number of arrests of the breath (apnee) exceeds 5 per hour is considered as a pathological condition. In case of suspected night apnee it is essential to ask a specialist for a sleep study.
