Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 - 2 tablets, twice a day.

Ingredients
Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L.) root - e.s. 0,42% in valerian acids - 60% and 30% powder; thickeners: acacia gum; charge agent: cellulose; anti-agglomerating agent: talc.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place and away from light. The end date of validity refers to the intact product, properly preserved.
