Description
Food supplement based on psyllium seed pericarp (Plantago ovata Forssk). Psyllium seeds support the regularity of intestinal transit, present emollient and soothing action of the digestive system, intervene in the modulation of nutrient absorption and also promote the metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates.

Mode of use
To swallow 4 vegetable capsules an hour before lunch and 4 vegetable capsules an hour before dinner, with plenty of water.
