Description
Food supplement based on iron, coenzyme Q10, vitamins B12 and C, folic acid.
It reduces unwanted effects, such as feeling of nausea, constipation or diarrhea. Iron contributes to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, improving oxygen transport in tissues. Mode of use
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, or according to medical advice, preferably in the morning during the meal. The intake can take place in two ways: either by swallowing a whole capsule with a glass of water, or if you prefer, opening it and melting the content in water.
