Description
Treating shampoo against lice and nits.
Solution for skin application.
POUXIT SHAMPOO is indicated for the treatment of scalp lice (head pills) and nits in the adult and in the child more than 6 months. Its formula contains coconut oil (a natural agent) which obstructs respiratory orifices and the excretory channel of lice and nits causing death. POUXIT SHAMPOO has cleansing and foaming properties; it is therefore useless to use your usual shampoo to remove the product at the end of the treatment. POUXIT SHAMPOO does not contain substances with a neurotoxic action on lice and lendine, but it acts with a mechanical effect.
Mode of use
1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Apply the treated shampoo evenly and in sufficient quantities on the scalp and dry hair so as to cover them completely.
3. Massage your hair to impregnate them completely.
4. Allow the shampoo to act for 15 minutes.
5. Rinse your hair thoroughly.
6. Split the hair into multiple sections. Pass the comb included in the package on damp hair by sliding it from the root to the tips of the hair. After each step of the comb, clean it thoroughly to avoid the risk of new infestation.
Repeat treatment mandatory after 7 days.
If a family member has lice, check out other family members and treat all affected people at the same time. Due to the risk of new infestation or bad application of the product, check the possible presence of lice up to 10 days after the second application. If necessary, POUXIT SHAMPOO can be applied again safely, without exceeding an application per day.
Components
Aqua, sodium trideceth sulfate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, cocamide MEA, sodium chloride, cocamidopropyl betaine, Cocos nucifera oil, citric acid, hydroxypropyl guar, sodium benzoate, tetrasodium EDTA, potassium sorbate, tocopheryl acetate.
Warnings
POUXIT SHAMPOO should not be used:
- in case of allergy to one of its components;
- in children under 6 months.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucosa. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water. If irritation persists, consult a doctor.
Only for external use. Don't inhale. Don't swallow. In case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor quickly by showing him the label and instructions for use of the product.
POUXIT SHAMPOO can be used during pregnancy and nursing. In general, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should always ask for advice from your doctor or pharmacist before using a product.
POUXIT SHAMPOO does not compromise the ability to drive vehicles or to maneuver machinery. However, since the surfaces in contact with the product can become slippery, it is important to rinse your hands well after using POUXIT SHAMPOO so that the luminaires can be seized without risk of slipping.
Do not continue to use POUXIT SHAMPOO in case of skin irritations or other signs of allergy: suspend treatment, wash the skin with soap and water and ask for medical advice.
If you notice any unwanted effect, suspend treatment and inform your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Conservation
Store in the original packaging, at room temperature, sheltered from cold, heat and light.
Do not use after the expiry date.
