FILORIN
Description
Filorin fial is an isotonic saline solution with hyaluronic acid for inhalation use.
Thanks to the presence of hyaluronic acid, it moisturizes the nasal mucosa by reducing the discomforts related to dryness or irritation. Sodium chloride present at a concentration of 0.9% gently cleans nasal cavities, fluidizing secretions and facilitating removal.
Recommended for daily hygiene of nasal pits, it is useful in case of colds, allergen and non-resisting rhinitis, and in all those cases where nasal decongestion is required.
Mode of use
Direct irrigation: to break with rotary movement the haloid cap, to hold the head tilted on one side, never backwards, gently pull the flacony spout to the upper nasal nostril and press slightly to spray; hold the head tilted on the other side (never backwards) and repeat the spraying in the other nostril. The container can be folded by flipping and pressing the cap on the vial's mouth.
Roar with half vial for nostril 2-3 times a day or more often in need or according to medical advice.
Inhalation therapy: Filorin fial can also be used in the case of inhalation therapy at the expense of high airways: in this case use the appropriate inhaler devices that guarantee the correct nebulization and follow the indications of the chosen device. Use only pneumatic devices.
Inhale a vial, 2-3 times a day or according to medical advice.

Warnings
Store internal instructions along with the product. Use the product for inhalation therapies only on the other airways. Keep out of reach and view of children in order to avoid incorrect use of the product. Avoid contact with eyes. Not intended for oral use. Not injectable. The use of multiple subjects of the same vial may affect its effectiveness and may result in the aggravation of existing problems as well as causing the occurrence of problems previously not present. Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to one of the product components. Do not use in cases of epistaxis in progress or just completed, or in case of nasal mucosa does not integrate. Inhalation of saline solutions in particularly sensitive patients could result in bronchospasm epodes: in this case interrupt the treatment and consult the doctor in order to establish suitable therapy. Do not use it beyond the expiry date or if the package is open or damaged. The indicated expiry date refers to the intact and correctly preserved product. In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and contact your doctor. Do not use in case of accidental contamination after opening. Filorin fial can interfere chemically with different substances if these are mixed with the same inhalation solution. Do not use Filorin Fiale simultaneously with other substances unless this is expressly prescribed by your physician. In this case, carefully follow the instructions prescribed by your physician and the instructions for use of the product used in association with Filorin fiale. In case of any changes in the appearance of the mixture produced immediately suspend the therapy and contact your doctor. Do not use the product in association with quaternary ammonia compounds. The incorrect observance of warnings and methods of use may affect the effectiveness of the product or cause the aggravation of existing problems as well as cause the occurrence of problems before not present.
In some cases the use of the product may cause a slight and transitory sense of local irritation. Hypersensitivity to components. Prolonged use can lead to awareness-raising phenomena: where this occurs interrupt treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish suitable therapy. Conservation
In case of half-dose use, the vial is immediately closed with its cap and should be kept at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C (in the refrigerator) and used within 12 hours of opening. The vials must be kept in their case, at room temperature, sheltered from light and heat. Don't freeze.
