Calcium (shortened with chelation from Albion); charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium (calcium carbonate), magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate with chelation from Albion, magnesium oxide), potassium (potassium chloride); thickener: reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose; iron (iron bent with chelation from Albion), zinc (zinc bent with chelation from Albion), maize maltodextrin; charge agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; manganese (manganese biglycinate with chelation from Albion); anti-agglomerating agent: magnesium stearate vegetable; selenium (L-selenometionine); humidifying agent: vegetable glycerol; anti-agglomerating agent: vegetable stearic acid; copper (mixed rhymes); charge agent: mannitol; iodine (potassium iodide), chromium (chromium pycolinate).

Mode of use
To swallow from 1 to 3 tablets a day, with water, preferably at meals.
