Food supplement based on blueberry (cranberry), Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc 37, Frutto-oligosaccaridi (FOS) and Arabinogalattano (AG).

Property
A Florberry bag guarantees the contribution of 36 milligrams of proantocianidine (PACs). In addition, the formulation brings no less than 5 billion live cells of Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc 37 and more than 2 grams of fibers with prebiotic activity both towards the present strain and in general towards the useful and beneficial bacterial species that are part of the autochthonous intestinal microflora. Regular intake of Florberry sachets helps maintain healthy urinary and intestinal system.
The red blueberry contained in Florberry® (cranberry) helps maintain the health of the urinary system. Florberry acts in a combined way on Escherichia coli (among the main causes of IVU) exploiting the qualities of cranberry and the associated probiotic. The IVU (infection of the Urinary Vies) are caused by about 95% of Escherichia coli strains which can selectively adhere to the urothelial cell receptors by molecules (adesine) placed at the end of particular formations of bundles, defined piles or fimbries. Proantocyanidines (PACs) contained in cranberry act on Escherichia coli, among the main causes of urinary tract infections, reducing its pathogenicity. At the same time, the probiotic component of Florberry®, rebalances the intestinal microflora by preventing the colonization of pathogenic bacteria in the colon, frequent autogenous source of the responsible germs of the IVU. This aspect is of particular importance if it is considered that in the IVU, especially the recurring female ones, the bacteria initially colonize the colon, then, through the periuretral/vaginal zone, rise the urinary tract infecting the bladder and, in some cases, the kidneys. It is therefore extremely important to prevent pathogenic bacteria from colonizing and altering the intestinal microflora.

Red blueberry extract granulate (Vaccinium Macrocarpon Aiton, fruit) titrated to 2.77% in proantocianidine by BL-DMAC method (arabinogalattano, red blueberry, dehydrated red blueberry juice, anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide, coating agent: xanthan rubber); fruit-oligosaccharides; fructose; aromas; vegetable fiber; Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc 37; acidity regulator: citric acid anidro; sweeteners: sucralose, sodium saccharin.
Without gluten and naturally devoid of lactose.

Mode of use
Pour the contents of 1 sachet into about 1⁄2 glass of water at room temperature, mix and take immediately after preparation. After pouring the product into water, it is recommended to mix very carefully with a normal teaspoon; a slight softening of the solution is not an index of alteration but of the natural sedimentation of the components of the product. For greater effectiveness it is recommended to take Florberry® in the evening, before bedtime or fasting in the morning. It is good to remember that in order to favor the urinary flow and eliminate the bacteria due to the infection it is necessary to drink at least 1.5 – 2 liters of water distributed throughout the day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. During pregnancy it is recommended to consult your doctor before use. The product is not indicated below 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Possible interactions with drugs: possible interactions between cranberry and Warfarin were reported in literature. Although the data is controversial, it is advisable to check the INR index of subjects in anticoagulant therapy.
Conservation
Store in a dry place and shelter from direct light, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product in an integral package.
