Description
Food supplement for hair and nails, based on amino acids, vegetable substances, vitamins and minerals. The formula contains vitamin B8 (biotin) that helps maintain the hair in good condition; the blueberry participates in the functionality of the microcirculation; zinc helps maintain normal nails and hair and protect cells from oxidative stress; vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine.
Ingredients
Aerial part extract of capelvenere (Adiantum capillus-veneris L.), L-cystine, DL-methionine; capsule casing: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; maltodextrin, dry extract of blueberry fruit (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), monohydrate zinc sulphate, dry extract of fruit of Marian cardo [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.]; charge agents: microcrystalline cellulose; dried iron sulphate; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium stearate; calcium D-pantotenate; pyridoxine hydrochloride; D-biotin.

Mode of use
Take one capsule in the morning with a glass of water. It is recommended to continue treatment for a period of 3 months.
Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Adults and adolescents aged 15 years. Do not use during pregnancy and during lactation. Not recommended for people subjected to anti-diabetic treatments or suffering from pathologies that involve an abnormal accumulation of iron. Keep away from the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the daily dose indicated.
Conservation
Store the product in a cool and dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
