ORTHOGenugib 40 - Knee Brace
Indicated in cases of medium-gravity knee distortion, severe knee distortion, rehabilitation-rehabilitative phase, chronic instability.
Contraindicated in cases of traumas requiring immobilization with chalk, resin or surgery.
Adjustable polycentric articulated knee braces.
Upper and lower rigid flanges, adjustable according to the morphology of the lower limb.
Hard side mounts to ensure side stability.
Non-slip padding.
Polycentric articulations with antero-posterior drawer limitation function.
Blocking and adjusting the joint by amplitude sectors according to severity or evolutionary stage of pathology.
Imitation of rotation by means of a silicone shape placed in correspondence of the tibial tuberosity.
Removable condiloid hair in high strength foam.
Adjustable upper and lower closing straps.
How to use
Preliminary proof is required for proper adaptation and a good understanding of the placement of the ortes.
The joints must be strictly regulated before placing the tutor.
To change the adjustment, unscrew the transparent cover with a coin (1, 2 or 5 cents) and place the four pins in the holes located at the corners chosen according to the indications given by the doctor prescribed.
Stick the bear with the right logo.
Leave the straps in the buckles loosening to facilitate the placement of the kneepad.
Ortesis can be worn in direct contact with the skin or on a trousers.
If necessary, adjust the upper and lower flanges with the special tear closure until the joints are parallel and centred on the knee.
The two side bearings are removable and can be removed in case of discomfort.
Then, first adjust the upper and lower straps and then the intermediate straps.
The intermediate belt is equipped with a silicone stabilization element that must be placed on the tibial crest.
Finish the adjustment of the straps in order to obtain a strong and comfortable support.
The joints must be parallel and centred on the knee.

Interior: 80% cotton - 20% polyamide.
Warnings
For longer product life, please comply with the following washing instructions:
• Remove side joints.
• Wash hand flanges in water at 30°C with neutral soap or detergent.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Do not squeeze.
• Allow to dry horizontally.
• Do not iron.
