Escolzia, also known as Papavero della California, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Arizona, California and Oregon, introduced in Europe in the early 1800s as a decorative plant for the beauty of its flower. Its hydro-alcoholic macerate has always been known for the beneficial effects able to favor the natural calm and a quiet and restorative sleep.
