Complementary handling
for cats
The product is indicated to supplement the diet in Lattoferrina and Lisina in cats subject to infectious pressure (such as in carriers of Herpes Virus and Calici Virus) to the first manifestation of symptomatology and in periods of reacutization of the same.
Lactoferrin is a natural protein that mammals take to birth through the colostrum and breast milk and is physiologically present in all organic fluids (lacrime, saliva, bile, urine, blood, sperm, cervical mucus), where that is, an immediate intervention of aspecific defense against the entry of infectious agents from the outside is necessary.
Lattoferrina is a component of bovine milk, from which it can be isolated with particular techniques of purification.
The product contains a specific protein fraction of milk, particularly rich in Lattoferrina.
It is associated with Lisina, whose nutritional supplementation in adequate amounts contributes to support and support the reaction capabilities of animals to the difficulties arising from possible infections.
Components
1 ml of Herp provides:
• Lactoferrin: 60 mg
• Lisina hydrochloride: 250 mg (equal to 200 mg of Lisina base).
How to use
For oral use
Administer 1 ml every 2 kg of cat weight twice a day for the first 7 days and then halve the quantity (1 ml every 4 kg of cat weight twice a day). Depending on the package, use the graduated dropper (50 ml packaging) or the graduated syringe (120 ml packaging) or, alternatively, keep in mind that:
• 1 teaspoon coffee is about 2 ml;
• 1 teaspoon corresponds to about 3 ml.
