Description
Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement.
Property
Vitamin A: is an excellent treatment for visual disorders, promotes bone growth, protects and maintains healthy skin.
Vitamin C: is one of the most important vitamins, its spectrum of action is very wide. Among the most important effects: is active in the production of antibodies, increasing the resistance of the organism; is an excellent antioxidant (combats free radicals); enters energy production processes; favors the absorption of iron and other minerals (zinc, calcium, magnesium etc.).
Tiamina (Vitamina B1): has the property to influence the nervous system and to participate in the process that in the organism allows to convert glucose to energy.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): like vitamin B1, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) plays a key role in the synthesis of all energy processes. Its peculiarity is therefore to release the right energy to the body for the regular daily activities.
Niacin (Vitamin PP or B3): contributes to the proper energy metabolism of our body, performing an effective toning action that removes the sensations of fatigue and deep fatigue. It participates in the normal course of all activities of the nervous system and psychological functions.
Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5): it is the precursor of coenzyme A, essential for the synthesis of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Vitamin B5 promotes growth and development and promotes the energy use of food. Associated with other vitamins of the B complex has positive effects on the immune system.
Vitamin B6: optimizes the functions of the nervous system. Protection of myelonic sheaths of the nervous system.
Folic acid (Vitamin B9): activation of enzymatic processes for energy production and detoxification of aerobic fatigue.
Vitamin B12: is a fundamental vitamin in the formation of red blood cells and cells of the nervous system. Along with folic acid, another vitamin of group B, coadjuves DNA synthesis.
Biotin (Vitamina B8): cooperates in the formation of fatty acids and facilitates the metabolism of amino acids and carbohydrates. It also promotes regular functions of nervous tissue, bone marrow, red blood cells, sweat glands, skin and hair. In particular, it prevents the emergence of dermatological diseases and, when present, facilitates healing (eczemes, dermatitis).
Vitamin D: its main role is to help calcium fix itself in the bones. Recently several studies have also shown that this vitamin is able to act in other districts such as muscles, eyes, heart, lungs and cell proliferation, as its receptor is present everywhere in our organism. A person with a low level of vitamin D is more vulnerable to colds, flu, and other respiratory infections.
Vitamin E: It performs many important functions within our organism, strengthens immune defenses. It prevents cognitive decline and fights problems affecting the cardiovascular system.
Vitamin K: intervenes in numerous functions, from bone protection to prevention against calcification of arteries, blood clotting.
Magnesium: indispensable for the functionality of the skeletal muscle, for energy metabolism.
Zinc: promotes cell renewal and immunomodulation.
Manganese: promotes energy production. Selenium protects all cells, red blood cells and cell membranes from free radicals.
Copper: despite being present in very limited quantities in the body (from 50 to 120 mg), copper is an essential element for the human species. In the various tissues it acts mainly as a cofactor of numerous enzymes, in turn involved in various physiological functions.
Chromium promotes energy production from glucids.
Iron: significant amount of high bioavailability iron for optimum oxygen fixation in the blood. Iodine deficiency decreases thyroid function and in adulthood is also responsible for symptoms such as sorrow, chronic fatigue and early baldness.
Boro: increases the ability to fix calcium to the bones.
PABA: amino acid determining for protein metabolism and favors the effectiveness of pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5).
Directions of use: provide vitamins and minerals in specific dosages for those who practice fitness activities.
