Hyalistil BIO PF
Description
Wet and lubricant ophthalmic solution.
Contains hyaluronate sodium (0.2%), a natural polymer present in different human body districts, whose chemical-physical characteristics give the viscoelastic, mucoadsive and moisturizing property solution.
Hyalistil BIO PF covers the surface of the eye ensuring proper lubrication and reducing friction caused by eyelid movements, moisturizes the eye surface and ensures protection during the process of reparation of the corneal epithelium.
Therefore, Hyalistil BIO PF ensures a lasting feeling of well-being and maximum comfort.
Indicated in all cases of eye discomfort, and in case of resulting eye dryness, for example, by:
• Dry eye syndrome;
• Eye surgery;
• Allergy;
• Environmental stress (pollution, air conditioning, smoking, wind, pool chlorine etc.);
• Prolonged use of electronic devices;
• Use of contact lenses;
• Menopause;
• Ageing;
• Chronic use of topical drugs (e.g. ocular hypotonizing, collieries containing preservatives, etc.);
• Assumption of systemic drugs (e.g. antihypertensives, antidepressants, antihistamines, hormone replacement therapy, etc.).
The product does not contain preservatives and therefore can also be used by contact lens holders.
Mode of use
Instill 1 drop four times a day in the joint furnace or as necessary.
Wash/igien your hands. Before use make sure that the single-dose container is intact. Put the monodose off the strip. Open by turning the top without pulling. Instill avoiding the end of the container to contact the eye or any other surface.
Components
Hyaluronate sodium, chloride sodium, chloride potassium, Tris-HCl buffer, purified water.
Without preservatives.
No phosphates.
Warnings
For exclusive topical eye use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use Hyalistil BIO PF if the container is open or damaged.
Do not touch the end of the open container and do not put it in direct contact with the eye.
Each single-dose container should be used only immediately after opening. Any residue should not be reused, since Hyalistil BIO PF does not contain preservatives and the remaining product may be contaminated by exposing itself at the risk of eye infections.
Do not use Hyalistil BIO PF after expiry date.
Do not disperse the product in the environment after use.
The administration of Hyalistil BIO PF to children or persons with limited skill must be carried out by a responsible adult.
There are no known product interactions with the administration of ophthalmic drugs. However, it is recommended not to administer other drugs or medical devices for ophthalmic use in 10 minutes after administration of Hyalistil BIO PF.
It is not necessary to remove contact lenses before the administration of Hyalistil BIO PF since the product does not alter physical characteristics, including transparency, of the most common soft and rigid contact lenses.
The use of the product may occasionally cause intolerance (burning or irritation relief).
Conservation
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Validity of whole packaging: 24 months.
